Free Trial
We offer a 3-day free trial with no credit card required. During this trial, you can test all core features before committing to a paid subscription. Since no payment is collected during the trial, no refund is needed.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For new Klipq Pro subscribers, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you can request a full refund.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your initial payment

- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
After 30 Days
After the initial 30-day period, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for:
- Extended service outages beyond 24 hours
- Billing errors on our part
- Accidental duplicate charges
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your data is retained for 30 days in case you wish to resubscribe

Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Partial month refunds (pro-rata refunds)

- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
