Klipq provides a platform that enables users to automate the reposting of TikTok Shop videos to other social media platforms, match products with affiliate programs, and deliver affiliate links automatically. The Service requires connection to third-party platforms and is subject to their respective terms of service.

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OR POLICIES OF THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLIPQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
